One more week left !! Please add on to the donation collection. The first drop off of donations were made to Volunteers of America. The second drop will be to Camp Dream Catcher. 100 to None 2nd Annual Sandal Drive

Exciting News!!
Last year our goal was to collect 100 brand new sandals to help children in need. We collected over 200 pair of brand new sandals for children. This year our goal is to collect 400 brand new sandals.
Please join us in making this goal come true with helping children in need. Donations will go to Camp Dream Catcher, Volunteers of America PA and a Foster home of your choice! Yes! You get to pick where you would like to donate sandals too.
For every donation your name will be entered in to win a Visa gift card!
Donation collections will begin April 3, 2012 through August 3, 2012

Helping Children infected with HIV/AIDS

Here are one of the reason 100 to None is continuing this year, Camp Dreamer Catcher!
Last year 100 to None Sandal Drive donated brand new sandals to this great summer camp.

Please read and see why I chose this camp …..

Patty has been working with children with special needs for over 30 years. In 1995 she was inspired to create Camp Dreamcatcher, an organization that provides free therapeutic and educational programs throughout the year to hundreds of HIV/AIDS infected and/or affected youth from Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Virginia. Over 350 counselors, medical personnel, professionals and community members volunteer each year with Camp Dreamcatcher, and over the past 16 years, they have provided over 133,000 hours of service to the campers. The programs have had an enormous impact on thousands of young women who have participated in the organization as campers, counselors in training, leaders in training, junior counselors and counselors. In addition to her work with Camp Dreamcatcher, Patty is a member of the Kennett Lions Club Morning Branch and volunteers as a basketball coach for her son’s YMCA team.

The Woman of the Year Award recognizes a woman who displays leadership and service qualities worthy of special recognition. It is awarded for distinguished and exceptional achievements in her profession and/or volunteer activities that have positively impacted women and/or girls.

April 1st ....I need you

Hey Everyone,

Please join me and sponsor a child in need. We are three months away from summer fun and the 2nd Annual -100 to None Sandal Drive.  I will be collecting brand new sandals for children in need starting April 1, 2012!

The sandals will be donated to foster homes, shelters, people in need in the local community and a summer camp for children coping with H.I.V./AIDS.

Coats....

Hi Everyone...

I am excited to get another donation drive started. The season is changing and it is time to focus on children in need of coats :)

I will be posting more information about the coat drive but for now just start collecting coats, hats, gloves, and scarf's.

This winter let's wrap these children with love.

Wrap me with LOVE -Coat Drive

This Coat Drive is for children in need of winter coats. This includes outerwear accessories; gloves, hats, etc.

I am asking for brand new coats or slightly used coats. Please donate brand new outerwear accessories.

What you are doing for the children is greatly appreciated.
